London City Airport provides services and assistance including:
- Toilets adapted for disabled or incapacitated customers in the main concourse, in the Departure Lounge and in International Arrivals
- Hearing point
- Lift access from the concourse ground floor to the Departures level, and from the Departure pier to the apron for passenger boarding
London City Airport has a dedicated team to help passengers with reduced mobility from the moment they arrive. This team undergoes continous training and have the latest equipment to help make the passenger experience as smooth and trouble free as possible. There are dedicated disabled car parking spaces within the Short Stay car park close to the Terminal.

Please be aware from the 5 February our charges will be adjusted to fit within the new time bands in the short and main stay car park. The rates will be as follows:

First Aid facilities are available during Terminal opening hours. The First Aid room is located adjacent to the toilets in the Terminal concourse. For assistance please contact the Customer Services team on +44 (0)20 7646 0092 or cscteamleader@londoncityairport.com The London Ambulance Service and an NHS hospital (Newham General Hospital) are located close to the airport and a doctor is on call. Some airlines have special arrangements for medical care for passengers. Please ask your airline for further information.
